Practice pranayama ji, Deep nimana bhastrika, 2mins of surya bedhi, 10-15 anilom vilom and udgeet pranayama. Practice surya namaskara with deep holds and breaths but avoid when the bp is too low. Do inverted asanas like ardha halasana, eka pada uttana, lying cycles, lying leg rotations, etc. or else you can join us for doing yoga too, we practice holistic yoga in our regular sessions that i provide.
