Please don’t apologize for being rambly, Ruth! That’s one of the things I enjoy about you and I am so grateful that you share God’s word and the Hope He offers us. I don’t understand at all what is going on in our world these days.. I know so many have rejected the Lord and even as Christians it’s so easy to get lazy in our faith. We need Him and His power in our lives every moment of every day.. I know I do! As usual, your projects are gorgeous and I really really like the Flying Fox shawl you’re knitting! I have some gorgeous Madelinetosh Pashmina in a very similar color (Cardinal) that I’ve been looking for the perfect project for. This might be just the one! Blessings on you, Ruth❤️ Suzette

So nice to visit with you, as always. I admit that I don't usually listen to the ending, as I grew away from faith, with anger when my first husband died 14yrs ago. I did listen today and you struck a chord. What a kind woman you are, thank you 😊

I find such a comfortable peace in your podcast. Thank you for not only sharing your beautiful knitted items but also your heart. Living in the USA brings me to my knees as I hurt for all those dying in the name of politics. Psalms are comforting in screaming out to the only one that is in full control and worthy to judge. I thank you for your sharing. It always humbles me and brings me to tears. All I need to do is love... praying for you and your family as you share His love to many.

the replacing of the Steven West curvette shawl: 1. I agree always frog projects that are not bringing you joy. 2. The replacement possible pattern, just know that the speckles and the dark colors will make the texture really hard to see.

Hi Ruth, The prizes all look lovely, but not sure I’ll finish in time to enter 🥲 My mojo had a few days out plus a long weekend, and due to this and extra childcare during school holidays I’ve not done much at all on anything. All your shawls look amazing and put me to shame. The only things I’ve finished lately are two rainbow scarves for Grandchildren, which were quick finishes and hopefully will kickstart my mojo a bit. Your socks all look lovely, I especially like the Kelpie socks. I have actually got off my bum and finally sent off my 2 pairs of Marie Curie to Dr Sarah 😇😇 Your wips are all great, as are the project bags. May have to put one on my Christmas list. The textures on the Kitiona shawl look really interesting. Love your acquisitions. I finished Grandson1’s rainbow scarf and did another for Grandson2. I’ve done a bit on the Crochet cardi, not much on the DK cardi, a bit on the socks I started and the shawl is still languishing. I feel my mojo may be returning, we’ve had extra childcare to do during school holidays and a couple of car dramas for DD2, so not much knitting time. School has just started and we are hopefully coming to the end of the latest car drama, so maybe I can get back into a bit of a routine, and won’t be too tired in the evening to pick up my needles. Take care x
