Yes! Cary is right! It used to be just 10K listings for the $21.95 per month, but now you get 11K per month and I use those coupons for supplies too. You guys are paying way more than what you need. You should change back to a basic store which will save you a lot of money.

You can get what you have right now for only $263.40 a year and you also get $100 a year in shipping supplies coupons which is only $100 less than what you get with the store that costs you $719.40 per year! Cary, we drink A & W here too! When I was in High School, we had A & W Drive-ins in the SE Indiana, Cincinnati, Ohio area. We ordered through a speaker and the car-hops brought out the food. At that time, we could buy a gallon of A & W to take home and drink later. My dad would buy 2 gallons about every Friday night for us kids to drink as a treat. Good memories!

With a basic store package you get up to 1000 fixed price plus up to 250 auction style in specific categories plus an additional 10,000 fixed price listings in select categories. With a premium store package you get up to 10,000 fixed price plus up to 500 auction style in specific categories plus an additional 50,000 fixed price listings in select categories. I think many people are overpaying with the premium store package. It’s overkill for many resellers as their listings are often in those select categories. This is why Cary isn’t paying a bunch of extra money because he can have up to 10,000 listings in sports cards.

And when a listing "turns over" or automatically relists, that counts as a listing. You can put your eBay items on vacation without a store. I have a basic store and my husband does not, we both put our items on vacation when we go out of town.

I was nodding my head vigorously LOL during the high yield savings segment, depending on how much you have saved, they literally just dump $100 or more (or way more depending on how much you have) in your account every month, it's awesome!! Another one to check out, besides local banks, is an online only bank called UFB. When my car died where it sat, I was even able to instantly access the money to buy my new car. Poshmarks new fees include shipping and taxes when determining fee. Previously, the fee came off of the item price only. The end being that fee is slightly lower for seller, hugely more for buyer, and nearly doubles the profit per item for poshmark themselves. It will discourage buyers like what happened with mercari

The reason why you get to have an extra 10,000 on a basic account is for certain categories. If you have books, media and collectibles, then you won't pay for an insertion cost, unless you go over 10,000 media listings. Also new listings count as one of the insertion fee slots.

eBay US store subscriptions are a lot cheaper than the UK equivalents. A Basic store costs £27 with 250 included listings, Featured £77 with 1500 and Anchor £437 with unlimited listings (all those + 20% tax on top). Our packaging voucher is £10 (Featured) or £20 (Anchor) monthly with no ability to carry forward so basically doesn't cover anything in the monopoly provider's store!

Regarding eBay sales and discounts, when you create the sale event, you set if you want price edits and/or new listings to have sale applied. There are a couple check boxes.

Cary is correct about the store subscriptions, the other two guys are going off the limits from like 3 years ago. You get 10,000 listings in certain categories under the basic subscription. 1,000 general listings under all other categories. One of the categories you get 10,000 is in trading/sports card

For the annual store subscription it’s still paid monthly. You are just signing up for the annual package as a simple contract. I have never been charged the full year up front. Also I don’t pay any more for my listings with the BASIC package. I have over 1300 listings. Most of our items are in the standard categories. I looked at premium, but it’s a far better deal for us to use BASIC.

The 10,000 extra listings is in select categories. So for Cary all his cards falls into that category so he doesn't see extra fees as long as he doesn't have over 1000 regular listings. But if Dave has 1200 listings that don't qualify in those certain category he will have to pay listings fees for those 200+ items.

The wording is a bit weird with the eBay store payment. While it says annual you only get charged once a month still at the lower rate. However you're basically locked in for a year and if you cancel it at any point they charge you from breaking the contract.
