Big thanks to the Bowral Classic crew for having us this weekend, our experience was only positive from the whole thing and like I said in the video, it's great to catch up with a 'different group' of cyclists.
As for the ride itself, we had a really nice group for the first 100km before we had a little bit of fun on the main climbs. The climbs that formed part of this years BC were very different to what we normally do, really steep, but quite short ... so a good change up for me.
As I sort of mentioned in the VLOG, I did push on after the 2nd and 3rd climbs, good to clear out a few cob webs from a pretty heavy week last week.
Finally a big thanks to the lads in the lead car for pulling my camera out and getting some of that footage, made a big difference to be able to tell the story of the ride.
