I've been rewatching all your videos right from the beginning and throughly I'm enjoying revisiting them, I find them very comforting. I've got to say I think the jumper Andrew is wearing in this episode is my all time favourite, such a handsome gentleman. I'm so pleased for you and Madeline that you decided to start fruity knitting and have all this amazing footage of Andrew that you wouldn't have otherwise had. I hope you find comfort in them and in seeing footage of him loving you both so much 💞

i've just found your podcast and wanted to say how enjoyable it is. You're both so natural in front of the camera and it's great to find a podcast that is focused on the actual knitting content. This particular episode with the Marie Wallin interview was so fascinating and it was great to hear about her design process. I just wanted to drop in a tip that i've found invaluable when substituting colours in fairisle designs: take a photo of your colour choices then turn it into a 'black and white' (meaning grey chromatic) picture. Some colours that your may have thought would work well together, sometimes turn out to be far too similar in tonal value and won't work. I can't remember who told me this particular tip, but it's something i always do now when working with multiple colours. Looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful podcasts. Thank you!

+FruityKnitting This is excellent, this past Saturday I received by mail Marie Wallin's book, Springtime, and planning on starting out with my first jumper using intarsia. I am just waiting on the Rowan yarn, using the colors suggested in the pattern, to also arrive. It's going to be my big project during my winter vacation from December to January. Thank you Andrea and Andrew for your encouragement and your lovely videos, tutorials, and knitting advice. :)

Lisa R - Andrea , it’s interesting that your mod of the bobbles was the thing I noticed and loved the look of before you ever pointed it out. To my eye , it s more attractive because of the separations between bobbles 👍🏻♥️

Hi Holly. We try to use music that should be ok on KZbin, but we have had a couple of occasions where our information was not correct and we had to remove the music from the video. It's a tricky area, but we really do try to be careful. We love having great music on the show - it's a really important part for us.
