Episode 17 - My simple garden irrigation system

In this video I explain how I finally got tired of watering my garden by hand and invested in an irrigation system. I specifically purchased the "mister landscaper" line or products consisting of 100 feet of poly-tubing and either 2 gallon per hour nozzles or adjustable spray nozzles. This is now what I use to ensure my container garden is adequately watered during the blistering Texas Summer. I was able to purchase my materials from Lowe's. Over the past couple of weeks of having it installed my plants look healthier and it has saved me at least 10 minutes per day. I highly recommend if you have a larger garden that you consider a system such as this.

It has been nice just having to turn on the spigot. I actually have a timer ⏲ on the system as well so it’s stupid easy. It’ll be easy to collect and put back inside during a cold winter as well if needed (not necessary down here in TX).
