Trade agreements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 allow for setting up prices and discounts for Products, Vendors, and Customers. (Or groups of Products, Vendors, and Customers). Trade agreements can be set up in a lot of different ways, with varying results. In this episode I will start with basic functions like creating of trade agreement journals, activating the purchase trade agreement and configuring different trade agreement prices for different warehouses.

Bro I have posted 250k lines purc trade prices with from date as jan 2023 without to date , but now in 2024 we would like to close that how can we do, now posted new journal with from date jan 2024 ,but it still picking 2023 prices only , it's urgent

Hi Yasir Sir, When we try to create an Trade agreement with Product master it Show an error of Site,Warehouse Validation Dimension. Is it necessary to add Site & warehouse while we create an trade agreement with Product Master?

Hi Mohammad, While practising, I am just trying to delete trade agreement journal name, it doesnt allow and says Trade agreement journal table cannot be deleted while dependent Trade agreement journal lines exist. Delete dependent Trade agreement journal lines and try again !! whats the connection here?? where can i find the Dependent trade agreement journal?

Sir, while saving the Purchase order system is showing error that vendors code is not authorised for item on on date 3/10/2023... Please help

Is it only warning it error . You need to add the vendor as approved vendor in the item master or change the setup to none in the item

Hello, I have another question.. I posted a trade agreement journal for a specific account and specific item.. two trade agreement lines: one without specifying quantities and price of 100, the other specifying quantity from 10 and quantity to 101 and a price of 150. If I use Find next for both lines, I get the lowest price of 100 and that's ok. But, if I switch off the Find next for both lines, I would say that for a quantity of 50 the price will be 150.. but I get 100. Why? Hasn't the system taken into consideration the specified date range as a priority?

I also tried to post on the first line the line with defined quantity range and on the second line the line without quantity range and I still get 100

In this scenario since find next is not ON the system will only look for the first best value . The first line of 100 is open for all quantity and hence it qualities so the system takes 100 as the price and does not look for any best option .

Hi Bro , Thank you so much for your video. I watched all 73 videos and now am re watching all episode again and setting up dynamics. When I create trade jornal agreement am getting folwoing error message " Numbers could not be generated because a number sequence reference is missing. Ensure that all necessary number sequences are set up. " am not able to create Lines under Trade Jornal Agreement. How can solve this issue. I followed every step as per your Videos from the beginning. Now I am stuck with issue. I need to create Number Sequence , but i dont know which type of number sequence need to create ? Please help - thanks in Advance

Its weird , you should not be running in to this issue if you followed my episode 2 and run the number sequence wizard
