I think it’s just the audio. I’ve heard these “ghost” noises just prior to the actual word is uttered. Now I remember in another episode when Steph visits the Logan house in 1987, someone off camera quietly says “Go, go.” to prompt Nancy Burnett (Beth) to answer the door.

Bill Sr nearly hated his son so i think it wouldn't be pretty at all very unlike what we see between DollarBill and Liam/Wyatt/Will. Caroline was the only child he valued.

Somehow Stephanie changes from the outfit in this video to the one in the actual wedding. Either this was a continuity error or the show assumed the character could change in a few minutes. Everyone else is dressed and ready to go!

No to those accessories, a dress like that only needed the earrings and a tiara maybe. It's too gawdy. One with a neckline or maybe off the shoulder come have jewelry but this was wrong.
