Episode 18 with Jared Tohlen

Jared is a father to three kids and art director living in Kansas City. In this episode we dive into his work on some leather good branding and illustrating kids books.
But most importantly we talk about how doing hard things is a great example for our kids. There’s a moment in the episode where Jared talks about some application videos he created to earn a spot on the Fjallraven polar expedition. This creative endeavor was both fun and a way to show his kids to go for it. You’ll hear Jared doubt his chance of getting a spot on the team… but between recording and releasing this episode HE DID IT! Jared is 1 of 20 that is going to Sweeden in April. Congrats Jared.
