Beautiful job Jim. I was working on this the other day (figured something triple tonguing practice couldn’t hurt) but in the intro, I was playing around with the 12 on the high B and 1 on the high C in the intro. Seemed to help the stability and where I expect the note to be. Makes me feel not crazy to see you use that option as well :) Keep up the good work. I keep sending my private students to your recordings for examples :)

Sounds awesome! I notice you would blow a little air into the mouthpiece before you play the first note after resetting the embouchure. Does that help with the production of first note?

Edwin Wong Yeah, it’s just a weird little habit I do. Part of it is to pre-warm the Horn, but I think it sort of gets my chops ready for the onslaught.
