Warm here yesterday, will be warm here today about 10 am. Yesterday my dog was laying on the dirt flat under the shade. Was a lazy day for me and the cat and dog, yesterday.

Hi Davina, I love all your autumn colours and as usual your work is magnificent 😍🤩🥰 I loathe the summer because it gets too hot and dry here but just to be a grumble bum it was a tad cold last night, it was about 1 degree C. I find that as I get older I get cold round the ankles, knees, neck and face - but hey I can always put my Oodie thing on, a scarf and socks and that's before I stick my nose outside! Poor old Elmie, it wouldn't be fun in summertime when you still have to wear your fur coat all the time. I'm eternally grateful for the air conditioner, I don't think that I could survive without it - thank God for the solar system on the roof! (helps with the bills). The animals love it too. See you Wednesday 😘😘Xx Did you watch the patriot march in London on Saturday? Quite moving.

Put a square of cardboard under your pumpkins as it stops them rotting underneath! Also have you tried a small ice pack in a cotton cover for Elmo?

Hi Davina, you are naughty, but I love you. I only gone and bought the kit to make the autumn throw, just because you showed it last week and I fell in love with it. Thanks for the tip re making the swatches. I’m off on my holidays in September, so I’m going to try and get all my bits and bobs finished before and then take it on holiday.
