I’m pretty much convinced that I will never be building in FL. I would like to hear from someone who works in these permitting offices and would like to know what that process looks like from the inside.

I really think it's just that they are overwhelmed with contractors not doing there job correctly. I have dealt with them quite a bit after and they are usually very helpful
