Chef, proud kmi, napili mong puntahan ang aming probisnya- ang Marinduque. Masarap po ya kasi niluto sa fresh gata ng Niyog at apoy mula sa tuyong kahoy…. Hmmm. Sarap talaga ng luto sa kahoy. Bango ng usok.. miss it so much..

I am from Marinduque but I never eaten horse meat... First time I heard that Marinduquenos eat horse meat :)
