A very interesting watch. I was sorry to hear about the Venables` family suffering later on. Only one thing confused me - he refers to Harish in the third person. But the blurb above implies it was him doing the interview.

You are correct. We believe Stephen was speaking "for the record" as it were, identifying Harish for the camera rather than saying "you".
