I really wished I was that person who could say I hit the jackpot with my in-laws but that isn't the case. My relationship with my in-laws is almost non-existent, I would say more so their choosing. I'm a big believer in actions speak louder than words and their actions tell me they don't really care to be there for my husband and I. Anyways loved this episode as I'm currently praying for my relationship with my in-laws to grow in a healthy way.

Oh my gosh I couldn’t stop looking at the perfect sweet baby who literally didn’t make a peep can she do an episode on mommy hood oh my gosh does anyone else wish they were a mom just watching her with her little one… 7 DAYS… YOU GO GIRL ! That’s like Princess Diana & the queens having to do photo shoots right after the baby is born or something !!! ROCK ON MAMA !!!!! Great episode

@22:00 I would have to disagree with Kathy completely on that end, and the empathy will be low as well. I would expect my kids to grow up and want to go on their own regardless of me raising them.

I want to say thank you for this podcast and platform that gives us young Christians tools and positive guidance to navigate our path with Christ. However I have also noticed and felt the “cringe” and the energy of male ego dominance over their female host Cathy. It’s so annoying and frustrating hearing JP and Nate talking over her, and constantly overriding her opinions and perspective. The first 5 episodes I let it slide and thought it was just friendly banter, but over time I’ve come to realize that these men are either insecure or have not learned how to actually honour woman and rather come across as arrogant and condescending towards women. I believe that if they shifted their behaviour this podcast could really go viral and be so much better. I don’t mean to be harsh just being honest. God bless you all!
