I love them a lot. The flowers are spectacular and very fragrant. But l feel a little sad because they won't be present this summer in my garden. Thanks so much for the video. .

How do you get your Purple Prince to actually be purple though? Mine are the palest of purple, with white-ish violet tips. It is my first year growing them though. Could it be that the bulbs haven't had time to settle or naturalize, and that they will become more colourful as time passes?

Before storing your bulbs do you cut the roots off? I have looked all over and nobody seems to talk about that. Thank you so much I await your response

Lily bulbs don't need to be dug up and stored. Usually, they stay in the ground over winter. Unless you live in a colder climate than zone 3. In that case, I would recommend planting your lily bulbs in a container so you can move them to a more protected area during the winter. If you ever have to store bulbs, you don't need to cut off any roots. Hope this helps.

BotanusTV Thank you so much for responding. I don’t have a lot of space so, I take them out so I can plant new plants. Really appreciate all your advice.
