Thanks for the video, I'm trying to decide between in-channel and tape-on, and I wanted to know what the OEM looked like and if they were in channel or not. My dealership wants $206 just for the parts and over $100 more for the labor!!! Is it your experience that the inchannel ones disrupt the window function with this model? I have a 2015. I'm extremely hesitant to use adhesives on my baby lol. But if the OEM is this adhesive style, I assume that's best?? Would love your input and advice! Thanks in advance!

We have tried in channel visors and they did affect the closing of the window on some models.

I know this is an old vid so I hope u get back to me... but do u think this would be the same type of steps for an 08 Odyssey? And would u happen to have any suggestions on what brand is best to get? I'm looking to see how easy it would be to do it myself. . I need rain guards! The rain is so bad when it's raining n soaks all my power buttons on the door panel! I seen a vid with an issue with weather tech ones... but I see those are the most popular ones... I don't want the cheap $20 ones off ebay! They look like crap n I've read some bad reviews about the clips or them blowing off on the highway lol I Don't Want that to happen:) please help if u can I'd appreciate it thanks so much

3:35 what if you have to remove the side mirror assembly? Is the door visor adhered to the garnish assembly?

The 3m tape is attached to the door, not the mirror.

***** The basic answer would be to follow the video in reverse. You will have 3M residue left on the car you will need to clean off.

A pry bar and 3 gallons of adhesive remover. I image whatever you scrub with to remove the adhesive will do a number on the chrome trim that it adheres to? Im contemplating this on and 07
