Everybody loves a good Peruvian green sauce, and I'm going to show you how to make it! While we don't have jalapeños in Peru, we do have them here, and I love to use them to make my green sauce.

RECIPE
8 large jalapenos
1 medium white or brown onion
2 bunches of cilantro
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
2 limes
1/2 cup canola oil (aprox)
1/2 cup water (aprox)
Salt
Directions:
Roast Jalapeno and onion with 1 tbsp oil in pan. Cover with plastic film to steam. Cool slightly and place in blender. Add garlic, lime juice, cilantro and water. Add oil slowly. Season with salt. Store and refrigerate.
