I am so incredibly thankful for SelfHealers!!! It gives me hope that my daughter will come back to us. She is freezing us out....but I understand so much more than I ever did before from your book and these podcast videos. My husband is actually growing so much also....and I have grown so much. Thank you, thank you so very very much. We have your book in audible and I am going through it again with my husband. Episdoe 29 also helped so very very much also and I am hoping with all my heart that I can get my daughter to listen to these. Both my husband and I are growing from childhood hurt....mine was sexual, emotional and physical and my husband emotional and physical. All the years of counseling and I feel like this is helping more than ever to take a deep look at myself.

Thank you guys for this. I would also love to learn more about processing uncomfortable and strong feelings, the real notion of how you feel it to heal it. I.e. sadness, shame, anger, worry. Is it better to focus on breathing and your body if something feels too strong or simply let them sit? Thanks!

I’ve never felt connected while in a relationship and I’m not in this 12+ year marriage either.
