Episode 24: My Intention for 2025

It’s the new year, and I am quite thrown off by the fires in Los Angeles. Thankfully, I am ok, but also not so far from the fires to be completely unaffected. It’s heartbreaking and scary, and also humbling to see the amount of help people are giving and receiving, with emergency workers rushing towards danger to save lives.
And I still wanted to record this episode. In a way, the current situation is one more reminder that we cannot keep doing business as usual, disconnected from each other, by algorithm and perfectionistic inhuman standards, pretending to be polished and having it all together. F**k that.
This is 20 min of me, one take, sharing my theme and intention for 2025, and then talking about something that is super important to my work: how do you find a good company to work for? And how do you create one?
One way is to be more human, and in this episode I share what that could mean.
