There can Branch in terms of usage of Latin in legal lore. Heabeaus Corpus, de facto, de jure, bona fide, status quo, prima facie, res judicata etc. Judges write so fascinating judgments spinning the cob web over the latin tapestry. In legal philosophy some statements like salus populi est suprema lex or vox populi vox die forms basis of philosophy

Thank you for introducing new Latin phrases. I think the commonly used English phrase "uncharted territory" is a perfect substitute for Terra Incognita.

Thank you indeed. I was craving for knowing the exact pronunciation of this phrase. "Redde Caesari.... ". All along I was pronouncing it wrong. Very enlightened by the way it can be used, not as I used it, always in an egoisting manner, for the namesake.

Ii would like to know, which is better. Now all the big multinationals use, "Roast Coffee Beans". I didn't have the gall to question these multinationals. It seems to me " Roasted Beans" is more apt and certainly sounds better. Most likely both are correct.
