Hey guys, great conversation, I learned more about sexual harassment from this pod cast than anywhere else. In the US all employees are mandated to go through a sexual harassment course at the time of hire and every year afterwards. Implementation of that policy at least in Tamil Nadu may be a step in the right direction. I am sure most of the multinational companies in India will have sexual harassment in work place course. If not they can add it. Thanks! Best wishes.
