Newbie question. I just bought some 7g metals. Major craft ones come with an assist at the top and small treble on the bottom. Cheaper 7g lures come with just an assist at the top. What is your recommendation on hook set up on 7g metals? Excellent video by the way 🎣

Thanks Steve. You'll find that most of the hook ups come on the assist hook so both will work. For fish like Garfish and sandeels the trebles help. But if you fish them flicking up and letting them drop you'll catch on both.
