I just got a job I was trained today to make crepes and other stuff but the hardest thing for me was making a circle so I’m watching videos to learn

I absolutely loved this video. I was curious how to professionally make a crepe. Your video was great and the technique easy to understand. Those swearing at you for more detail simply lack respect and manners. Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it and will try it out soon.

One of the best crepe videos I have seen. “Bravo Sir”. I grew up with making crepes but not as professional as yours. My late mom had crepe fillings that were so delicious like walnut spread, ricotta cheese, almond grounded with white egg not yolks and sugar cooked on the stove then rolled into crepes. That’s just a few recipes. I’m going to buy those professional tools you have one day. At moment and for years I just use a crepe pan and just flip over. My problem is adjusting the temperature on the stove. I like them a bit brown but not too dark. Also there is a technique at mixing the batter. Not too much otherwise the batter becomes chewy and not soft and pliable. About rude comments never mind and forget them. If the are able to do better the can come forth and demonstrate and talk at same time. You dear sir have a skill and nice personality. I’m going to be making these tomorrow for Easter Sunday. I hope they are thin like yours and taste good. Thanks for sharing and many blessings to you and your channel.❤️👏🙏

Finally I found someone who states an actual temperature for the frying plate instead of Low, Medium or High. Just got our 16" Waring Cast Iron Crepe Maker yesterday and tried making my first Jian Bing. Ingredients were correct, and the taste was accurate, but my crepe shell was not very good. I had that batter too thick and did not let it sit more than a few minutes before using it (Tapioca, Millet and Mung Bean flour mix). Next time I'll put it in the refrigerator for a while. Plus I was looking at a better faster way to spread the batter and ran across the Krampouz batter spreader. If they have one for a 16" plate, I'm going to try that for faster smoother spreading. Good video!

@@ekierka134 hi Breton (where crepes and galettes come from, they're not french it's just another thing they appropriate for themselves) here with a chef background and very passionate about galettes and crepes. The temperature you want is 250 degrees Celsius. It needs to be "seized" when you put it on.

Perfect!! Thanks so much for the great explanation!!!! We just bought a crepes maker and had a hard time spreading the batter evenly and without ripping it. Now we got the theory...on with the practice! With far more confidence. Very entertaining too 😁 you‘re really cool!

Very instructive video. This made me return the cheap crepe maker I just bought. After watching this video, though I think I could make crepes following his instructions, they’ll never be done as easily and as well as he does it. It takes practice which I’ll never have because I don’t make crepes regularly and not with cheap home crepe making tools. I’ll still make them using my non-stick pans but will leave real and perfect crepe making to the professionals and their expensive tools.

Thanks to me watching this video last night, today I have purchased a crepe maker, I can't wait to start making them (they seem so much nicer on one of these rather than made in a pan), yumyum. All very helpful and delicious-looking, a great tutorial. And I love the little pancake holders too. Greetings from Australia.

Angie AyO I agree. I just posted above. It’s not surprising that some people comment negative. They are “Bullies”. Why they watch and then comment dirty mouthed is either they are unhappy in their life and easy to comment behind their keyboard or iPhone or iPad, no one sees them. I have been making crepes since nine years old. My batter I think is good but making them like this professionally I don’t even come close. My mother and her mother in the 50’s didn’t have these tools but wished they had probably and their crepes turned out pretty good. My youngest daughter is going to the UK and visiting France and she said she is going to eat crepes everyday from the street vendors. The make them there the best anywhere in the world.!!

Thanks alot, this was a good demonstration. I still have some questions though. 1.When selling from a cart (or bike, cart)how do you keep the batter fresh? Does the food regulations permit you to keep buckets of crepe with you or do you need to prove what youve got. I planning on getting a bike cart so i will be making the batter at home and want to bring it with me. I cant go mxing it there on the spot. 2. Can those plastic sugar holders be bought at the pancake house site? 3.How do crepe makers keep the nutella so drippy? Original nutella is much more thick. Thanks again, greetings:)
