they need their own variety show like the return of superman or something… the dad is the true definition of superman and i’m sure it’ll help grow his business more and also create more happy memories with his son 🥺

I totally agree, as much as I love return of superman, the fathers on ROS don't 24/7 solely look after the children, but jaeok looks after his son day and night 🥰🥰

Honestly, how can this gem of a man still be single?! He's actually the embodiment of what most people want in their partner and so much ahead of his culture - just like his parents (auntie and uncle). Shoot, if I weren't in Europe and a Korean woman I wouldn't give a damn about what society thinks and snatch him right off the single market! All the best for 2024 and everything you all wish for. Namaste

I think people just don't realize what a prize he is till much later in life. When you are young you have stupid ideas of what you need in life and in a partner.

He mentioned when he was married he didn’t have to do house chores he slept was lazy and drank. And when his wife and him divorced he improved for his son. We don’t know what caused the divorce or how he treated his wife or vise versa. But he doesn’t speak ill of his son’s mother.

@@TD-qx9cy I should've known unfortunately Sad to hear he was or is like majority of men. They won't change for anyone until they lose it, it's too late. Since children don't judge or have discernment as easily, it's easy to have a relationship with them.

He has changed now from what he used to be. What i hope is one fine day he & the wife have a second chance to get back together and mend things together.. things happened for a reason, what had happened shaped him for who he is today. Everyone’s learning. He is a good on/father/husband now… he deserves second chance from Siho Omma.. keep it up Siho Appa!!!

I wish both parents the best in life. All that matters is that precious prince. I’m currently co-parenting with my ex and I made it clear to him that our daughter comes first. She’s turning 6 New Year’s Day. I hope she still gives me kisses when she grows. Just wanted to add that poppa here is doing his very best. I admire him and his hard work, love for his son, and being so selfless. Someone so hardworking, handsome, caring, and a family man doesn’t deserve to be lonely. ❤❤❤❤

He reminds me of all the many single mothers who raise children, pay the mortgage and school fees, and still manage to spend quality time with their kids. He, and they, are remarkable. I hope he finds love with a new partner and Silo Accepts the situation. The quality of their father-son relationship is beautiful to watch. That is particularly special. Greetings from Ireland.

Jaeok is such a great father and I wished every man were like him. Most men see kids only as a status symbol or they don´t want them at all. Especially when they start to divorce their partners. But thank god there are still amazing men outside like Jaeok who tries his best to love his son and give him the best life possible ♥ I hope when Siho gets older and saw this documentary he is happy and proud of his dad ♥

Single parenthood is hard. One has to do twice the work of everything. It's a daily grind until the children become adults, even then, it may continue because the unconditional love from a loving parent never stops. Generally, statistics are not good for children coming from single-parent households, but I do hope many single parents to succeed. For sure, it's not easy.

@@reckonerwheel5336I heard that in Korea when divorces happen a lot of fathers get responsibility over the children because of financial reasons. I think that I’ve only really seen children primarily with their mothers in Korea if the dad left. But nowadays I think things are changing and the child also gets an opinion..but they do take finances into account which is why dads are usually the primary parent after divorce.

@hadrianryan4179
@hadrianryan4179 9 ай бұрын
I'm not sure but a possibly interesting fact-- although keyboards with non-latin alphabets are of course widely used, you don't necessarily *need* one in order to type in those languages! I took Japanese in school and if you set your OS language to Japanese, you can just type it in phonetically with a qwerty keyboard and the software will change it to hiragana (or katakana or kanji depending on what you do, but Korean I believe is a phonetic writing system so that part's not necessary). I learned you can ALSO change it from "English- US" to "English- international" and it'll let you type accent marks without alt keys... lól.
