You probably will need a 2nd receptionist for each department soon (that's why that lady was just standing for a bit). But your hospital is looking nice!

It is a great game! There are some pre-built hospitals you can pick too and a little campaign that will get you using all departments, but the most fun is in Sandbox like this where you can design everything from scratch.
