Disagreed. The set for Beetlejuice is incredibly well-designed, but Hadestown's set is very effective at using the space to move the story forward. Beetlejuice's set may be flashier but Hadestown is more subtle, and therefore more effective.

Sascha Houpt Both sets are incredible but for the flashiness that Beetlejuice is, I think it’s meant to be as flashy as possible. Also the 2 times the house changes wallpaper is just incredible to me on how fast they can change a whole look of a huge set in just a few minutes

I 100% agreed after seeing beetlejuice and since the Tonys, but this weekend I saw Hadestown and I now disagree I think you must see both to make your decision! It’s crazy how hadestown uses the set and beetlejuice has an incredible sets and wonderful design and it works so well for the show but I understand why hadestown won!

What I love about “Seize the Day-O” is the clear dedication and passion Leslie puts into every vlog. So many people vlog backstage for broadway.com and answer questions or show behind the scenes secrets but Leslie really puts in the effort to make her vlogs unique and enjoyable to watch.
