Episode 3 - Your Calling | Christian Creativity

Where does creativity come from and what are you supposed to do with it? I’ve been asked this question many, many times. I have heard statements anywhere from: “Creativity isn’t my thing” to “My creativity is just for fun, I have a REAL job.” We can often get stuck thinking that being creative is someone else’s job, but that’s where we’re wrong. Being creative is OUR job. You’re a creative person! It’s YOUR job because you’re filled with great purpose and potential given to you by God. The fact is, as creative as you are, not one single person will ever know what you have to offer until you begin making it a reality. Your creativity is completely and totally at your disposal. All you have to do is take a step toward your future, but this is where most of us get hung up. We don’t know HOW to take that step. Today I’m hoping my new book, “Christian Creativity: How to Make Money Using Your God-Given Gift” will give you the wisdom and insight you need to get started. I remember getting saved at three years old. After that from when I was 5 I wanted to make radio like Adventures in Odyssey and cartoons like Veggie Tales. That’s Gods call on my life I know it but the times not right yet but I’m waiting and practicing art and I feel like I’m going to be doing something this year differently. I read a lot of books like Creativity Inc and save the cat so I’ll add yours to my reading list!
