He’s partly right; but there’s more than just the breath. Those little pinpoints of light in your eyes is the rest of it. Those lights enter and leave the body simultaneously with the breath. Those lights are the visible body of the soul and they show up with the first breath and leave with the last breath. I was a registered nurse and for the last 15 years I worked in a nursing home and witnessed many deaths and I noticed that phenomena . It’s 100% that it happens like that. I started reading The Bible in Hebrew mixed with English , The Jewish Ortodox Bible. I found that soul is nefesh and ruach is neshamah. Many unbelievers grow their nefesh with worldly teaching. Believers activates neshamah by reading the Bible to become teshuva in mind. Teshuva of mind in effect changes daily action and moral. Lord Yeshua said, men do not live by bread alone, but by every D'var comes out from HaShem (expressed through HIS prophets). Chen v'chesed from HaShem be with you ❤

Because the more I studied on the difference, the more I realized that they translated the spirit, the meaning better. Sure, there are a few bugs in the translation, but it reveals a lot of secrets that the original language hides. Or rather, the original language seems to hide, because of the greater context, once revealed, was then placed into the translation.

Not so, really. We are spirits, but broken... now we have the spirit, which is the seat of our real will, dead to God, and the soul. The spirit, the eternal rationale soul, and the 'soul',the animal sentience that every living thing shares, should really be one. Strong's dictionary makes this clear. So, in essence, we are spirit/soul and body. The task for the Christian is to make spirit and soul at one again, in the 'image of God' our Maker.
@archon3363Ай бұрын
Hebrew is very similar to the Greek. Spirit=Pneuma means breath in Greek. Soul=Psyche in Greek means our soul our very essence or being. God made us to have both a body and a soul, but humankind also has the Spirit of God working inside them. The source of life is God's Spirit (breath). God’s breath, our pneuma is not our psyche. God’s Spirit gives us the image and likeness of God.

I used to think about how as a child I seemed to carry a connection with my inner world with me in everything that i did, without having to step back. I did learn a lot about how to free my inner world from stress, worry, and anger from Buddhism, but my real desire was to be able to regain that natural state of being in connection in all of my activities. As a blue ray starseed I had to push though years of Narcissistic military people in my family, after I got some of them in check, I married a severe BPD, my current wife, after twenty years of abuse I got her in check, another eight years abuse by narcissistic petty tyrant bosses in relatavely high level corporate world, got them in check. Now I’m chilling waiting for a new adventure, for whatever reason I’m looking for friction with the global subconscious, not getting scared and am getting a kick out of it. Again not sure what’s next but I might be done with the abusers in my life, bosses, colonel parents, wife, all in check, they all saw what they have done. The key was to have them empathize to your emotional trauma. Narcissists communicate via internal archetypes of people in their head, very inflexible. For example Matt is clumsy, Beth is stupid, etc. they create internal archetypes of people , when they talk to you they actually refer to their twisted representation of you in their head. It’s incredibly rigid, my advice, have them understand that they hurt you, at some point when they see it they can’t unsee it, it’s just gonna take twenty years of everyday work and abuse.I never left anyone of my abusive relationships because I have a calling for this shit. Upside is that if you are in the 1% and push through, I recommend people actually leave this relationship, for most the fight is not worth it, the recovered BPD will have mad respect for you, after all is done they will see you for what you are and realize they abused you and the dirty games the played and they will be deeply sorry, make them say sorry verbally multiple times over the years, at first they won’t say it, than they will say it but not believe it, and when they see it, that’s the best feeling in the world, their eye sight changes, they don’t have the reptile abusive stare no more. Last advise and prolly most important, absolutely make sure that you both agree that they are abusers. It’s not easy to have a narcissist agree to that, but when they do, start bringing it up, they will explode and hate that you call them abusers, than you revert to previous agreement remind them that you were hurt and they are the abusers, drive them crazy with this point until tenor motherboard can’t take it.Thousand repetitions of this ringer the point across

Also what you say about our soul is so very true… and that yes we can easily loose that connection with god through sinning. That why god gave us the sacraments. Something both material and spiritual to help us material and spiritual beings. We were made in his image. What does image mean? Also, Rabbi, I’m curious if you are actually aware of how very, many, numerous, impossible prophecies, made by the prophets thousands of years prior, that yeshua really did fulfill? I think any man who sees this will understand that, it’s not coincidence and not possible for any “human” to do. You are a man of god, who really is god and are you absolutely 💯 sure about it

So we are conected, with every breath we take! Connected with each other, with all which is breathing. Plants, wich canche CO2 into oxygen- so all is connected with HIM, our Father, Adonay, Abba, Elohim! ❤ Be blessed!

Its beautiful, And the endurance of the Jewish people is inspiring for me. I've followed so many things blindly in my life and I will try to create the bridges between each division as best as I can and prove Love is a hybrid in many combinations and the home is where our heart is and I'm on my way!

Thank you rabbi. I woke up and did the steps in this video intuitively. I then sang along to some worship music and listened to some scriptures and boom 💥 this is where my inner tuition took me next. A summary of what ive done just a while ago with explanations and reasons behind it. Trully a blessed experience. Thank you rabbi. Implementing the spiritual SPA from now on.

The life of the soul is in the blood. You are dead to God without the Blood of Jesus "speaking" for you on your behalf. The Blood of the Lamb.

I pondered the relationship between the concept of the soul and shamanism. It's intriguing to explore a possible connection between the origins of the word "soul" in Hebrew and these spiritual practices.

Does a caterpillar start out with a butterfly soul? The seeds are there, what a beautiful creature! The animal kingdom.. How about electric eels? Natural evolution? Horses, chickens, ..such amazing features useful to others. Seeing the beauty and miracles in life. May our seeds blossom and lives flourish as we awaken to Agape, life love with Creator. When we're patient and thankful, G-d is able to bless and orchestrate our lives much better. We remain free, Shalom! Very nice singing, thank you!

Interesting video, Rabbi Jacobson. Love how you explain the soul as a flame. The word for ”sun” is ”sol” and in ancient Khemeic (Egyptian) Spirituality the sun symbolizes light. As a Panentheistic Essene, I believe Yeshua's message was (before Paul and Rome mixed his teachings with theirs) that we are all the Sun of Hashem and that the Christ is the frequency we must tap into, that's is truly the second coming of Christ is within us. John 17:21: ““I pray not only for these, but also for those who will trust in me because of their word, that they may all be one. Just as you, Father, are united with me and I with you, I pray that they may be united with us, so that the world may believe that you sent me. Here Yeshua is saying everything is one with GOD

Thank you Rabbi Simon. The Jewish people will always have a special place in our hearts as Christians. With myself submit to Christ in faith, through the Holy Spirit moving inside me... All that you explained evolved spontaneously, like a Spring of Living Water from in my Soul. Hours of meditation and certain time commit myself to do it, happens spontaneously by repentance, forgiveness and His Unconditional love. Hope you understand and receive it with open heart. Why not take experience by reading the New Testament. The book of John is one of the 4 gospel in the new testament. Thank you for your compassion for people.
@billieackley6280Ай бұрын
Why do we need to do that? We have the word of Hashem in our Holy Tanalk. How is that love toward the Jewish people if we don't believe in Jesus, we're condemned to internal hell forever. Hashem never said we have to go through any man to come to Hashem. He says turn to Me and I will hear you.

I really appreciate your approach to meditation. I use a similar process that combines emotion with reason and thought. I’ve also written extensively on such topics, with over 2,000 poems in Tamil. Recently, I wrote a poem about the journey of the soul (Atman) - how it exists in the present and ultimately attains freedom. I’ll share it with you sometime. Thank you, and keep up the great work!
