Those workers are lucky to have you during their mealtime, what a nice breakfast. There's something about "simple" food that is just amazing, especially when you're in an environment far from home. It's really comforting to have food like that and made by someone who definitely knows how to cook. Great food, great skills.

Your grill looks very nice a shiny clean. I use to work in an airport cafe and we cooked on grills and all, I had to clean the grill and other employees never understood how I got it so clean and shiny, even on the far back. Plus cooking oil was changed every single Friday. I loved how they kept the rotation of cleanliness going.

I love watching these videos, MrT. Keep up the amazing content. I am always surprised to see how cheap(or so it seems) your breakfast items are. At least in comparison to getting something equivalent here in the USA. Realistically if you were to go to any breakfast restaurant and order your special it would likely cost close to $15-20 USD for the entirety of the meal.
@Nepomniachtchi_Austin8 ай бұрын
I always try to pay attention to that. It's always a REALLY good deal for the mains and the sides. Makes me wonder if they exclusively serve workers for a certain company that subsidizes most of the cost.

@@Nepomniachtchi_Austin To my understanding, that's exactly what it is. This canteen is not for the public, and it seems to be somehow associated with DXL at Heathrow Airport. The customers are either exclusively employees of DXL, or potentially employees at the airport. Thus, the contract between Angel Hill (the food provider/restaurant business for which our good man works) and DXL/Heathrow will provide significant advantages to customers in savings. You also see people bill DXL directly, maybe with an ID Card, etc. I love the technical side of the business and it's fun to put the pieces together.
