Also why is Hiroki running Commander Laurel in his deck cosmic heroes work off of their rearguards which need to attack unlike the other d police decks which can run Laurel more effectively though it's a not exactly a great card(sub par boosting power combined it's a frinking effect magent so it won't last long enough to do anything)
