So if a woman cannot, Biblically speaking, be a president because it is a position of authority/leadership does that also exclude a woman from the following roles: the principal of a school, a manager or CEO, a queen (Elizabeth I, II), a member of congress, the director of any program, etc.?

Not necessarily, it depends on the situation. We are crossing some categories here between the church and society. In church, women "cannot" be leaders (pastors/elders) as we have direct Scriptural instruction. In society, it is more that women "should not" be leaders because of that clear biblical example of male leadership -- and we should follow the Biblical example of male leadership as much as possible as the situation warrants.
