I just came across you today and really enjoyed watching. Im taking part in the Strictly sock a long too but it’s the first year that I’ve ever watched Strictly. Really enjoying it so far! I did my first ever cable sweater this year, even though I’ve been knitting over 30 years. I jumped into the deep end with The Arctic Light Sweater by Kutovakika and she’s such an amazing teacher that by the end of it I’m now confident with cables. I agree though that sometimes I’m just not in the mood to knit but want to do something. I’m also a card maker and have made every single greeting card that I’ve needed for well over 5 years now. Christmas cards are my favourite but there’s so many of them to do lol 😅

Catching up while wrapping sock sets for advents. You can definitely knit cables. All cables is is knitting stitches in a different order. Antler Toque is perfect to learn. Also, I always forget about TAAT socks. Maybe I need to try it again. I've only knit one pair of socks that way, but it went well. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks for keeping me company x Edit: In A Dark Dark Wood is SO good. I love me a thriller. I'll check out your other recommendation.
