Episode 319 - Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 TSI

I think this car had the modern 1.4TSI which produced 149hp because we in India were not lucky to get this. We got the old 1.4TSI with 121hp which performed like a NA petrol engine and it was offered in the 1st 2 Base variants , the top variants got a 2.0TDI. Anyway this was the last jetta to be available in a Right hand drive market because the latest gen model is not produced for Right hand drive markets anymore. Hence VW stopped it here in India plus the rise of compact SUVs in India led to its demise .
