Have you tried the electronic hand warmers? They are rechargeable. We got some for my daughter who works outside at a coffee stand. She just keeps them in her pocket & occasionally warms her hands up. I have been trying to not buy yarn to splurge at the Treasure Goddess Yarn Party in Kansas City the beginning of April.

I have some home hot hands that my mom made for me but i will have to look into the electric ones! That sounds like a fun time and a good reason to save up, i hope you have fun!
