Thanks Luke . Your talks help to keep me disciplined in my health care routine . I have some skin issues viz atopic dermatitis which flares up now and then and when it subsides it leaves dark spots which take a long time to get dimmer . However since i have a pitta aggravated system I cannot consume turmeric , ginger, nuts, garlic , all night shades as also chillies and citric fruits .. it is quite a slippery slope ..

Because doctors are paid by pharmaceutical companies. pharmaceuticals wants to sell their drugs that are chemicals they have invented and strategically placed in markets around world.

Remember this simple logic. If you go to a Doctor even if you are well he will want to give you medicines as it's his bread and butter. Same way if you go to a surgeon he will want to operate on you as he has to earn money.! So use your common sense first.
