05:20 😂 love it! Thanks Nana and Rob - lucky SWs that have you as TM Nana!!!! Exactly why we need TMs that see beyond and recognise the struggles we go through, because then you get SWs that continue that good practice when they get to TM role! If we all speak out like Nana our profession would not be here! I am vocal too but that does get you in trouble at times! That's why many SWs keep quiet and then burnout. It is a business but is social "care", SW as a profession doesn't pay for the level of stress and anxiety you live with, hence who we need to at least feel supported and cared for too.
