I have been with Devoted when they first became available in Arizona. I had been on a supplement plan prior to that. But got tired of the price increases every year. I have been extremely happy with Devoted. Customer service has been stellar and the coverage has been great!

The new 2025 plan is so messed up compared to the previous plans. They went from $7500 in dental benefits to only $500 😳

I've had Devoted for two years. I love it. Been on Medicare for many many years and this company has the BEST customer service ever. I hope they don't lose this as they grow. Every time I've called them they really want to help you. There benefits are really great. Yes I'm a fan. Your podcast was excellent helps to know the origin.

I just saw the changes that Devoted Healthcare is making for 2025, and to say that I am dismayed and angered is massive understatement. I've been very happy the past couple years but I will definitely be looking for a new provider for 2025.

I had devoted health 4yrs in FL. Unfortunately we had to move to GA had lost our Devoted ins. What a big difference between plans and I do miss Devoted health. Customer service was always number 1..

Just spoke with a couple in an extremely affluent area . The husband listens to a lot of Silicon Valley podcasts and asked me about Devoted. I said it wasn’t the choice for them right now for various reasons. I shared with them a couple of stories of how they’ve gone above and beyond and that Ed Park has gone out and met with brokers. I said I wouldn’t ever meet at someone at that level with another carriers. Lots of the only selling the big 3 carriers are missing out on great service for clients. Devoted also knows how to communicate to the beneficiaries. The reason why brokers can sell Devoted is: WE know the difference.

Guys, need your help. After Devoted 2025 massive increases in Out of Pocket, co-pays, diagnostic testing and massive decreases in Dental & Eye care and OTC are you still recommending Devoted? If yes, why?! If not who are you recommending?
