Love love love this content. It would also be really good to see a video on how (if at all) you manage your MS with your training/fatigue and if you take any meds. I was diagnosed in November and watch you both for inspiration so would be so good to see some more content with this in! Xx

What a lovely surprise to see this video pop up in my feed this morning. Have watched all your entire back catalogue in the last 2 weeks with my 8 year old daughter who tell me she is the fastest in her year and is keen to take up athletics properly this season... Great quality, well produced videos with impressive music selection. Lovely to see how genuinely you enjoy each others company and look after each in training and at events... We will be cheering both on as a family this season, best of luck and keep up the great work!!!

Hey guys, been enjoying your training videos! Just wondered if the plan is for Laviai (GB 400m) & Lina (GB 400mH) to make those individual Olympic Teams and in the process be selected in the relay pools for both W4x4 & Mixed Relay Teams? Also, is it your coach, agent or you that decides which races on the circuit you both enter? Thanks!

Hi I assume you guys read the comments, your form tends to drop when you get tired. Lift your elbows higher at the back and your arms lift it higher aat the front during sprinting. Just look at Richardson her fingers go eye level hight. You can also check your vertical oscilation when doing adjustments, the garmen strap will reveal if you're too high or too low. The legs and the arms work together, if you don't lift higher your legs won't go higher either and it goes hand in hand with the lower abdominals

It’s why they call it practice. We’re running under much higher fatigue levels than short sprinters so making that comparison isn’t accurate unfortunately. Under high fatigue, the muscles just don’t fire as well, but our technique is better than it has been in the past and will continue to improve with more practice. We understand perfectly well how arms and legs work together, I think most people do!

The bloody cheek! The amount of ego required to step to a professional athlete with your unsolicited opinions about their form. Just wow. I'm sure no one knew that form tends to drop when tired. That's just some revolutionary information right there.

@Tatlone Comparing a 100 sprinter from races to a 400 in session is absurd.

I'm too fast! Whenever I practice on the track I'm always just trying not to run too fast!
