I would love a video focused on all the different things you do to recover? I think one of the biggest things that sets pros apart is their ability to recover well (from a mental aspect; and also from a lifestyle aspect) but seeing how I can take some of those into my own life would be great!

The way you take your sister's shoes off and massage her legs after a hard session moves me a bit, so much love and support in that small gesture. I live in Tenerife, I really like your vlogs. You are both an inspiration! Keep it up!! ❤

I'm really enjoying the series! Might want to use the cold water immersion stuff sparingly. CWI has many benefits including quicker recovery as they reduce inflammation, but inflammation from training may actually be helpful for eliciting a positive adaptation. So it might not be the best idea to do CWI post workout. But of course don't take some rando's advice, I encourage you guys to do your own research.

@Andrew-o6t2g10 ай бұрын
400m is speed endurance, strength is the foundation of endurance, years of specialized run training has been maxed. Lifting after track work is a wasted effort. There comes a point when a dedicated Lifting session will be of greater benefit than a day at the track. Day off before, day off after. You cant effectively build strength after that type of exertion. ☠️
