Getting a legit backup QB like Teddy Bridgwater...If I recall he got hurt twice in 2022 and missed the playoff game. He lost BOTH games he started in vs Minny and NE in the regular season.....and he lost in the Cincy game when TUA was concussed in the 2nd quarter and he came in and Dolphins were leading in the 3rd quarter 15-14 and lost 27-15.. So a legit backup QB like Teddy with all those "Weapons" and he did not win a game for the Dolphins in 2022. How Ironic..

17:00 Poup you really think we are gonna see some major step forward with this unit for next season? We’ve had 5 years of Tua sucking against half way decent teams. McMuffin 3 years later still can’t coach his way out of a paper bag. CGrier consistently makes the wrong draft picks over and over again. We have not made any major (or even minor) steps since we fired Flo. This team is a joke and you think we should run it back?!?!?! 🤦‍♂️

The talk of replacing Grier with a friend of McDaniel or a GM that has control of the roster but can't fire McDaniel because the owner likes him is the biggest S Show that only the Dolphins could accomplish. This team doesn't have the money or players to improve the roster enough to compete next year. Regardless who is GM. The new GM would be getting stuck with the bad Grier contracts. When mcdaniel can't beat good teams next year, just like this year or the year prior, he'll be fired either during the year or when the season ends. That's the only outcome. Ross has no clue what he's doing. Losing to the Texans was the mcdaniel/ Tua offense. That isn't changing. Ross is an old man and cant be taught new lessons. He may even try to make McDaniel t the acting GM. Dont put it past the old coot.

Geez, Alain. You don't draft a qb in the third round expecting him to be an immediate starter. It's a developmental pick whom the team would hope to grow into the eventual starter or backup. I think it's really smart team building.

Problem with that is you don't find good QBs after even Round 2 ... over the last 10 years, the only two decent-to-good starters were Dak Prescott (round 4, 2016) and, of course, Brock Purdy. that was my point.

Some of yall in the media funny dropping all of this at the feet of grier and absolving McDaniel of all his missteps. Grier needs to go absolutely but if 1 goes both goes, if 1 stays both stay. That's been the problem with the Dolphins since Ross took ownership of the team. It never works because you miss out on the top candidates on either side by keeping one of the other. McDaniel has built a culture where the players run the team and nobody is held accountable, and im not talking about no damn smythe, David long, or mostert. Let's keep it funky and just say yall making the case to keep McDaniel because it's GUARANTEED Tua is still here if Mike still here. And it's clear that Hill and Grier are the scapegoats this yr of why this team falls short

@idarkboost man stop. This dude has had top talent since he walked in the door, especially last year. Outside of Liam eichenberg that line last yr was solid in 4 out of the 5 positions. He had tyreek hill and waddle, mostert and Achane and Tua was healthy all season. You can't ask for a better offense. Then on defense the weakest part of that side was the LBs. His culture is weak, he gets outcoached in most games and the team looks unprepared against the better teams in the league. So no it has nothing to do with the line and talent evaluation because they've paid and traded for some of the best talent in the league.

Hiring a gm just because he gets along with Mike McD is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. The franchise would be limiting its options incredibly, and it's one of the most important positions within the organization. Personally, I'd fire both Grier and McD and hire Weidl and Vrabel. But if Ross is absolutely set on keeping McD, then just fire Grier and keep Mckenzie as interim gm and see how the season goes. I mean, either way, I'm pretty sure they'll be blowing it all up next year at this time. McD's vision is fundamentally flawed, and Grier doesn't have the balls to set him straight. The team lacks toughness, discipline, accountability, and the personel usuage is mind boggling.

Say what you want about Grier but he has been a coaches GM meaning most of the picks the groceries he selected was players the Coaches wanted. Has he missed on picks yep does it justify the Dolphines moving on from him..yes I wouldn't argue that. But if Grier is let go you have to clean house and let the new GM pick another coach and let that coach choose another Quaterback. The narrative that Tyreek Hill should be released is crazy. What a lot of dolphin fans have to realize is that the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins are family. We’re the Hatfields and McCoys. it’s time to bury the hatchet and give them respect they deserve and especially Josh Allen who is a class act. @@dave34573 who in those drafts where the Phins would've picked was going to produce what Hill did? Because if they didn't Tua would've been outta here by now. To dimnish what tyreek brings to this team shows your lack of football knowledge. You know why that middle was open so much for Tua to throw in? The threat of Tyreek deep. And you kno why that middle isn't open as much any more because teams have figured how to guard it because Tua's limitations doesn't allow us to consistently attack the entire field. So what the good teams or good physical defense s do is either jam our little receivers (which I will agree with you there) to disrupt timing or take away the deep threat of tyreek and cover the middle of the field because we aren't a threat to throw outside the numbers. It's like teams used to do to be Simmons they'd take away the paint and leave him from 15 ft out because they knew he wasn't a threat to shoot. Alot of what we do is off the back of Tyreek. Free agents ALONE in 2022 that we could have gotten WITHOUT trading away 5 valuable picks. U have to remember we made HILL the highest paid WR in the league..So we could have gotten anyone.....Davante Adams -slightly less than what we paid HILL...Chistian Kirk - Much less - Chris Goodwin -way less......as far as TE..U could have gotten David Njouku...Dalton Shultz...Evan Ingram - Stud..Tyler Conklin.... Or how about trading away those 5 picks to move up in the 1st round and draft Garret Wilson at #10? Olave at #11..Jameson Williams#12...Christian Watson was at #34 George Pickens was #52...so many options... If we went the free agent route we draft OL or best available with the 5 picks..IF we drafted a WR such as Garret Wilson we spend the 25 Million on other free agents or position of need but the point is you could have gotten a George Pickens with your 2nd round pick and then spend on FA and draft picks...

@@jskully9784 Ask yourself this..Why couldn't a high end backup in 2022 Teddy Bridgwater not win a game with Hill and Waddle - (started 2 games) or came in when TUA got concussed vs Cincy. If Hill is such a game changer and the Dolphins have all these Weapons why are other QB's not succeeding? Why this year without TUA in 4 games...Hill and Waddle had a combined 250 yards and 1 TD...I think u are overvaluing HILL..Small midget limed Catch Radius WR...

Sorry but I will never root for the Bills. I don't care how much the Chiefs win. I despise Buffalo. They deserve no sympathy.
