What confuses me the most about the True Black Hand is how vampires would exist in the Shadow Lands. A vampire loses all their disciplines when becoming a wraith thus stop being a vampire. And if they entered the Shadow Lands trough something like a portal, on what do they feed? Entering and exiting the Skinlands to feed must consume an amount of vitae that can not be regained in time without killing. And it doesn't feel like there's a large human population where Enoch once stood.

They don't become Wraiths in this circumstance. There is also a branch of Necromancy that allows them to feed on Ghosts. Also, you can bring mortals with you
