As far as our ex coaches go, why would any coach worth their salt want to stay here, when all.those ex coaches weren't retained. There have been some good coaches here and now many of them have head coach or coordinator jobs. The common denominator is Steve Ross, Garfinkel and Chris Grier for some or all of them. when Steve Ross tells the head coach to take a vacation during the season, what real coach wants to work for that type of guy. Mike McDaniel does because he was like a dog taking a car ride to the dog park on that jet he took to Miami when he was hired to be the lao dog. Ross couldn't even get Brady or Payton here after tampering. This is why we have to hire an ST coach that wasn't even working last year after being fired. The franchise is a joke and we the fans are all the worse for it.

Mike McDaniel is the problem. He refuses to delegate responsibility so the coaches have no place to grow and they are leaving. This ship is sinking very fast. Next season is doomed because sheer incompetence is running the team.

No that's idiotic. You have to develope guys. A Normal NFL roster will hold 3 QBs max on average. Rarely a team will keep 4. But there's only so many reps to go around. The guy on Scout team gets the most brun because he plays against the 1s on D. Others get a few reps

I disagree with you guys on not taking a QB. There is nothing wrong with taking a late round QB (rds 4-7). Of course, you need a coach that can develop QBs. Teams should select a QB every 2-3 years in late rounds if need be. You never know when you draft at Tom Brady.
