Yes, the heat is the biggest concern for me. Like you I've lived in hot climates and I tend to spend most of my time in AC. On the coast of Salinas, Ecuador I loved the beach but it was hot enough that it wore me out. I ended up inside a lot and didn't get much from the beach city. Not sure if I will rule out Cambodia based on the heat, but I'm on the fence right now.

It’s called talent 😂 No I actually burned the honey sauce it was in, the chicken was just over cooked. 💀
