Today we have an episode regarding the project’s pillars of Connecting to Self and Reconnecting to the Natural World.
Our guide today is Sandra Ingerman, a ceremonial leader and shamanic practitioner who has taught workshops for more than 40 years and authored 13 books, including her newest - ”Walking Through Darkness: A nature-based path to navigating suffering and loss” with co-author Llyn Roberts.
Sandra is known for her abilities to bridge ancient, cross-cultural healing methods with modern culture, and also for her passion for reconnecting people with nature.
She’s here to talk with us today about her new book, how to navigate the dark night of the soul and to lean into life’s initiations, and provide some insight into building a reciprocal relationship with nature for deep healing and personal growth.
