Great way to approach employee engagement. From my experience, I've seen examples of poor employee disengagement due to heavy processes and bureaucracy in decision making. This is a watch out for small businesses where decision making tends to be centralised with a handful of people only. So it might create employee frustration and pushes key talent to leave.
