It’s so different when you watch the different age groups on these shows. The young people are all about careers, physical appearance, kids and “vibes”, but these older people are retired, so they don’t care, don’t care about kids, ex wives, and what each other look like. It’s cause they don’t ask about careers, income, or kids. They’re looking for someone that benefits their quality of life . They want to know if you cook, they want to know if you travel, they want to know if you compromise and commit. They actually want a significant other, not just what someone can benefit them on a superficial level.

@ your opinion is subjective. Not all seniors are retired, and not all have kids or grandkids. Asking a potential match about their career is superficial. We’ve seen doctors get rejected. We’ve seen the businessman with multiple incomes and business get rejected, and they get rejected for the most minuscule reasons like shoes, or hair, or height. As long as I can take care of myself and you can take care of yourself then that’s all that should matter because when we come together we could take care of each other. But no, you can’t be a mechanic working at a dealership and you can’t be 5’11. I can see why kids can be a deal breaker for young people but it can’t be that important because most of the time, the people on the show don’t ask until the very end. They don’t even ask what city these people live in at the beginning. That means they’re not looking for a true match, they’re all going off looks and base everything off that. If someone like Nick Cannon was on the show, with all his kids, these same women that don’t want men with kids would choose him.
