@Skeem GP, Great work and I'm seeing alot of improvement from where we started... You've had guest who can narrate their story without your intervention but for guest like Ndosi you need to help them, so they can tell the story sequential and not be all over. His a smart guy, but needs guidance in story telling, he forgets the question while answering, so Skeem you need to be able to pick that up as soon it happens to the guest, and bring them back to the correct path.

Nkosana is touching a real issue about criminal records. My friend is a qualified doctor but he has a criminal records backing 20 years ago. He practiced is RSA in until he tried for jobs with Government hospitals and he was rejected everywhere for that record. Eventually he moved to Finland simple because he can't be employed in South Africa. So this struggle of expungement after 10 years and not hiring ppl with records regardless of a type of job. Imagine if a doctor can rob a patient while saving their life, it makes no sense what the RSA government is doing to ex convicts

You know ever since i listened to this podcast almost all of the guest have this sense of entitlement like government n community owes them....even us who have no criminal records can't even get jobs or those opportunities....so why do they feel like they need to be rewarded ....you guys need to learn skills such as mechanics, plumbing etc in prison so you become self employed... truly speaking i don't sympathise with because who once took life or directly harmed another human being

Skeem, You've given us so many episodes with great insight and entertainment. BUT this guy had nothing to offer. He didnt answer questions. He was just there to complain and blame everyone else except himself. To rub salt to the wound, he didn't even have the guts to tell us why he was in jail in the first place.
