Episode 50 - Tres Martin Performance Boat Driving Instructor

Tres Martin is the founder of Tres Martin Performance and the Tres Martin Performance Boat School, where he provides advanced, hands-on training designed specifically for performance boat owners. Martin’s passion for boating started early, working alongside his father, Ralph Martin, at Everglades Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ralph Martin is recognized for organizing the first official poker run for boats in 1985.
In 1986, Martin embarked on his offshore powerboat racing career, excelling in the Superboat class, where he throttled numerous Apache and Fountain race boats. Over the course of his career, he secured 66 victories, including four National Championships and four World Championships.
In 1993, Martin established Tres Martin Performance, focusing his expertise on high-performance boats. By 2003, he launched his driving school after encountering clients who paused their boat work due to insurance challenges. Today, his school has become a standard requirement for boat owners looking to obtain insurance coverage.
Martin stresses the need for proper training and education to reduce the risk of accidents and improve boater safety, regardless of insurance mandates.

I believe the wireless kill switch is a snowmobile product as well. It senses how fast the remote moves away. So if you walk away it will stay running but if its a fast rate it will kill
