My favourite dessert. I learned this receipe from a priest and after that used to prepare this for alms givings. As you said mostly priests are very fond of this kithulpiti thalapa. Whenever I get invitations for Dana always they ask me to prepare this dessert. But I used to prepare this without adding rice flour. Anyway thanks for sharing this receipe. Thanks Anoma

I also tried this without rice flour but my one couldn't cut pieces. And can feel powder also. Pls advice. Next Sunday there have almsgiving in my place. But I won't be lucky enough to serve this to monks. 😭😭Pls can you send your recipe 🙂🙏

Hi I make this it has a funny pidduru (straw) taste ....I do not like soya because of the same taste also but I suppose if you like soya then you will love this .....its not like kallu dodoll nor kavum has a different taste
